Evaluating a Project Plan

The following aspects of the update a Project Plan service should be evaluated as needed:

  • Accuracy and timeliness of output
  • Ease of obtaining input
  • Efficiency
  • Availability

Each of these should be evaluated separately, as described below.

Accuracy and Timeliness of Output

This evaluation can be handled inside the PMO. Any time a member of the PMO Status Reporting Team, a reviewer, or an auditor finds an error in the plans provided, or plans do not arrive on time, he should inform the PMO Communications Manager immediately so that the problem can be fixed permanently.
