<p>The deliverable is then finally accepted by  the customer. This involves:<br />
- Reviewing the Acceptance Project  Plan Form to ensure that all final criteria have been met<br />
- Obtaining  Acceptance Form approval from the customer<br />
- Transferring the  deliverable to the customer environment</p>
<p>Acceptance Roles<br />
The  following roles and responsibilities are involved with gaining customer  acceptance for deliverables within the project.</p>
<p>Project Manager<br />
The  Project Manager oversees  the entire acceptance process for all deliverables produced by the  project. The Project Manager is responsible for:</p>
<p>- Receiving  notification from the <a href="http://www.projectplan.com">project plan</a> team that the deliverable is complete  and ready for customer acceptance<br />
- Organising the acceptance review  of the deliverable with the customer, scheduling the resources and  documenting the results<br />
- Completing the Acceptance Form for customer  sign-off<br />
- Managing the tasks required to transfer the deliverable  from the project to the customer environment.
